Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation at any time before December 31, 2009 all amounts will be returned to you minus a $50 service fee. Failure to make your installment payments on the agreed upon date will be treated as a cancellation and all amounts will be returned to you minus a $50 service fee.

Any cancellations after December 31, 2009 will result in the forfeiture of all amounts paid unless a new and comparable booking can be found for the room and package. If a new booking is secured all amounts will be returned minus a $50 service charge.
